Cardholder's name,credit card type, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, emailaddress. Credit card data is used to complete our transactions and none of thisinformation is stored or shared with anyone else.

User name, user ID,email address, operating system, connection, browser.

• Tell A Friend

If you choose to useour referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for yourfriend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend aone-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. easyfiling.sx storesthis information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email [andtracking the success of our referral program. Our Security Practicesand Information Accuracy

EasyFiling understandsthe importance of protecting customer information. EasyFiling adheres toregulatory, security, and privacy standards applicable to the tax preparationindustry. EasyFiling’s web-based and desktop applications have a proven recordof securing Taxpayer information by utilizing a variety of security relatedtechnologies including, but not limited to, firewalls, intrusion detectionsystems, web application firewalls, encryption, access controls, networkisolation, auditing systems, data classifications, and data obfuscation. Inorder to protect the data as our client enters it in the system, EasyFilingincorporates the use of SSL encryption facilitated by an Extended ValidationSSL Certificate issued by a recognized trusted certificate authority. EasyFilingutilizes security guards, access controls, biometrics, man traps, and othersecurity mechanisms to protect physical access to the datacenter.

EasyFiling’sinformation systems maintain PCI compliance which must be renewed annually.Additionally, our systems are routinely subject to automated vulnerabilitytesting purposely exceeding the requirements of PCI compliance. This practiceallows quicker identification and remediation of risks to the privacy oftaxpayer data. Internal audits are performed continuously throughout the yearto ensure compliance with regulatory standards and EasyFiling’s InformationSecurity Policy Manual.

Data Retention

We will retain yourinformation for up to three tax years as long as your account is active, or asneeded to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or requestthat we no longer use your information to provide you services contact usat support@easyfiling.sx. We will retain and useyour information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolvedisputes, and enforce our agreements.

Access to PersonalInformation:

Personal Informationis accessible online through October 20 of the year in which the return isfiled. You may view, delete and/or make changes to your personal information byvisiting your account online at www.easyfiling.sx and selecting "EditAccount Information" [or by emailing our Customer Support at support@easyfiling.sx orby contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listedbelow. Any return e-filed through easyfiling.sx will be available only in PDFformat (fees may apply). We will respond to your request to access within areasonable timeframe.
