Q: Is there a fee for registering?

No, there is no fee for registering, only after you have filed there is fee to see and download your income tax form. The fee for a single person is $19.99 and for a married couple is $24.99. Q: Can I register for a friend?

Yes, you can register for someone if you have their information

Q: If someone asks me to help them with their form, can I use my login?

Presently each person needs to register.

Q: Do I have to pay this amount each time I file or is this a onetime payment?

The price is for each individual form. In the future we will offer prepaid packages at a discounted rate.

Q: How does it work?

  1. The first step is to create an account by registering.
  2. After your account is created you will be asked a series of questions that will be used to prepare the income tax form.
  3. After reviewing your information you will be taken through a checkout process where you can pay either with credit card, PayPal, and or cash.
  4. Once payment is completed you will be presented with a link to download your completed income tax form

Q: What does Income from past employment mean?

It means a pension or any form of pay-out from an employer who you no longer work for.

Q: How do I know distinguish Employee part and Total AOV premium?

In 2015 the employee paid 6.5% premium and the employer paid 7.5%. This means that the smallest amount is the employee’s part and the total is more or less twice the amount.

Note: If your pay slip is in Dutch “werknemer” means “employee” and “werkgever” means “employer”

Q: Can you fill out more than one tax declaration on one login?

Currently for each tax declaration, you need to register. In the future we might offer persons the ability to file for more than one person, with one login.
